Ouch!!!!!!!! Once I cought a softball right in the abbs when I was in high school and the bruse looked like the sun with rays going out all around it. I also have two vertibra fused together in my neck from a freak softball accedent!!!! But you gotta LOVE the game. It's my favorite besides bowling.
