Going Crazy

This is what (motherhood) should be called.

"Oh, you're pregnant?"
"Yes, I'm preparing for (going crazy)."
Books titled 'The Joys of (Going Crazy)' and '(Going Crazy) Miracles' could be bestsellers.

Keyton's birthday is Oct. 25th. It's a Saturday. It's two weeks away. So far we have 2 soccer games, 1 baptism, 1 birthday party, and 1 Halloween party.

The soccer games are both missing head coaches and Rob and I need to substitute. The baptism is Keyton's cousin, Megan, and the first niece on my side of the family to be baptized. The birthday party is also Megan's. The Halloween party is the ward trunk or treat where it is much easier to get a full bag of candy and not have to walk the kids around more than two streets in our neighborhood.

Keyton wants to go camping for his birthday.

Just wait till he starts school. You think "oh that's one less thing I have to worry about all day. Yeah right, monkeys might fly out of my !!! Then there's volunteering, pta, field trips, parent teacher conferences, fund raisers, family nights at the school. I really could go on and on.

Ha. It is so funny that you wrote this post because I was just about to write you an email to tell you that we would love to come up this weekend for the baptism, etc. but our Saturday is jam-packed, too. With the same kinds of things as you - a baptism, a couple of Halloween parties, etc. Oh well.
